Wow, Mr. Sinatra was highly contributory to these morale boosting efforts for the troop and he was the singer of the day, which make it Frank Sinatra music ideal fun historic music to kickoff each moring at our great WW2 air show. You'll be singing along before you know it and getting ready for our big show.

V-Discs or Victory Discs Music.   Frank Sinatra  The Voice from Hoboken NJ was a incredible singer vocalist.   Frank Sinatra actively recorded for our US Government Armed forces morale boosting program for our Troops, called  V-Discs or Victory Discs - 78 RPM Gramophone Vinyl Records.  Sinatra recorded them for AFRS Network - Armed Forces Radio Services -  V-Disc program the US Government War Departments broadcasting network.   Mr. Sinatra was tireless and prolific donating his singing with over 53 V-Disc recorded songs, far more songs than any other musican.   The V-Disc US Government morale booster program music was just for our troops and only for distribution to all branches of the service, US military bases, USO halls, AFRS radio stations here and Internationally. Sinatra music is a heartfelt tribute for us all, so feel free to join in to these great tunes.  The Audience might hear V-Disc music for some of Frank Sinatra's friends as well.  DeLauro sings a heartfelt tribute to Mr Sinatra but is not an impersonator and does not impersonate.  Why would you want to?   He adds that Mr. Sinatra broke the mold for so many songs, we just sing them the way audiences love to her them with that full that full big band orchestra sound.  It certainly captures a moment for a WW2  Warbirds Historic Air Show.
